SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING
Hardware orders will be shipped via grounds service by a nationally known carrier service or the USPS, at CDO Technologies sole discretion. Typical delivery will be 10 – 12 days for in stock items. Expedited service is available for an additional fee. Out-of-stock items will be shipped upon receipt unless the order is cancelled within 72 hours of being submitted through the CDOTechDirect.com web site.
RETURNS
All hardware returns require prior authorization, regardless of reason, and must be authorized by CDO Technologies within 15 days of purchase. CDO Technologies will replace or repair, at its sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 15 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. Hardware products purchased as a part of a package solution, contract, or other agreement will be subject to the return policy identified in the specific agreement, purchase order, contract, or other documentation, which may be different than the return policy stated above.
Opened software is not returnable. Unopened Software may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of invoice date. Multiple software licenses (MLP's, MOLP's, MSOL's, etc.) cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless first authorized by the manufacturer. Multiple Software licenses beyond 15 days of invoice date may not be returned for any reason.
Unopened, Non-Defective equipment may be returned within 15 days of invoice date, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customer should accept product deemed to be damaged from the carrier. In order to facilitate timely resolution with the carrier, the customer should document the damage with the driver at the point of delivery in order for CDO Technologies to file a damage claim as well as arrange for inspection and pick up of the damaged product.
Prior to shipping your return, please call 1-937-258-0022 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In order to expedite the process, please have the following information ready: name, invoice #, serial number, issue and manufacturer case number if applicable. Items must be packed in the original, unmarked manufacturer packaging with manuals, software, manufacturer documents, original labels, and registration card intact. Please write your RMA number on the RETURN LABEL on the outside of the package and mail your shipment to the address specified in the return instructions.
Note: All Non-Defective returns authorized by CDO Technologies are subject to a minumum 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 15 days of purchase. Incomplete returns, unmarked returns, or unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional handling fees.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. Customer also assumes the risk of loss and damage on all return shipments. CDO Technologies recommends the use of a reputable carrier and sufficient insurance on all return shipments.
CDO Technologies may bill the customer and the customer will reimburse CDO Technologies for all charges incurred by the company or its supplier for freight-collect shipments or customer carrier-account shipments that the customer either refuses shipment on, or refuses to pay.
WARRANTIES
Most manufacturers offer a standard limited warranty against defects. Such warranties typically cover the product for at least 30 days from the date of invoice. Consult the warranty accompanying the product for complete details. CDO Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiaries do not provide product warranty and are not liable for the services and/or products it may sell.
